This weight you're carrying was never meant for you to bear alone.
CHRISTIAN EMOTIONAL ABUSE AND TRAUMA COACH | DARAH ASHLIE
You are not defined by your pain, and you’re not alone.
A new beginning is possible.
Maybe you’re here because you’re overwhelmed and exhausted by the weight and pain of the past…or feeling confused by what’s happening in your marriage or relationship.
Maybe you’ve confided in your pastor, a friend, or even a therapist about your situation, but were just told to submit more or pray harder, or trust that your pain is part of God’s plan without being given real tools to experience relief.
Whether you're unsure if you're experiencing abuse or trauma, or simply feel overwhelmed and stuck, here you'll find a space to be heard, validated, and supported—through a Biblical perspective of hope and healing.
If no one has said this to you, let me be the first:
I’m deeply sorry for the pain you're experiencing.
God sees you as worthy of healing…and he wants you to experience clarity and hope.
There’s no shame in feeling the way you do. And there’s nothing wrong with seeking help to learn how to navigate a difficult or destructive marriage, a toxic relationship, or trauma.
In fact, there’s nothing in the Bible that says it’s God’s will for His children to simply endure these things.
Yet, sometimes, this is the message being communicated in Christian communities.
As an emotional abuse and trauma coach, I’ve helped many Christian women who felt anxious, confused, and overwhelmed reclaim hope and joy in their lives using practical tools and compassionate guidance.
All while honoring their relationship with God in the process.

EMOTIONAL ABUSE AND TRAUMA COACH
Hi, I’m Darah. (Think Sarah, but with a “D”.)
I’ve been where you are—facing emotional pain, feeling overwhelmed, and stuck in the confusion of it all.
I understand how exhausting and frustrating it can be to carry that weight.
From my own experience, I also know that healing is possible. Thriving beyond the pain is within reach.
God’s grace, along with the healing I’ve experienced in my own life, is why I’m passionate about helping others break free from the pain and trauma that tries to hold us back.
As an emotional abuse and trauma recovery coach, writer, and speaker, my mission is to help women reclaim their peace, joy, and purpose using the same tools that helped me to find healing, so they can create a future aligned with their values and God's purpose for their lives.
